DESIGNATING AND AUTHORIZING THE OCGEMPC CHAIRPERSON AS 

ATTORNEY-IN-FACT OF THE OCGEMPC IN THE CASE VS FERNANDO MAGRATA

AND ANNE MARIE GORDON AND APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF

ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100, 000.00) FOR LEGAL EXPENSES

WHEREAS, the Olongapo City Government Employees’ Multi-Purpose Cooperative must designate an Attorney-in0fact in the legal case to be filed against Fernando Magrata and Anne Marie Gordon;

WHEREAS, there is a need to allocate the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100, 000.00) to defray litigation expenses regarding the case filed against Fernando Magrata and Anne Marie Gordon.

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Directors of the OCGEMPC hereby:

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO, as it hereby designates and authorizes the Olongapo City Government Employees’ Multi-Purpose Cooperative Chairman as the Attorney-in-fact in the legal case to be filed against Fernando Magrata and Anne Marie Gordon.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) be allocated be defray litigation expenses.

REALIGNING TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS FROM

MISCELLANEOUS/INCENTIVE EXPENSE TO COMMITTEE MEETING EXPENSES

WHEREAS, no budget was allocated for the Committee Meetings in the 2013 Budget;

WHEREAS, it was suggested by the Coop Manager to allocate Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (P27, 000.00) from the budget item Miscellaneous/Incentive Expense (Acct. Code 73520-2) to Committee Meetings Expenses;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Directors of the Olongapo City Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative in meeting assembled do hereby:

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO, to re-align, as it hereby re-aligns Twenty Seven Thousand Pesos from Miscellaneous/Incentive Expense to Committee Meetings Expenses.

Resolution No. 2013-01

APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P125,000.00) FOR FOOD AND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (175,000.00) FOR GIVE-AWAY SOUVENIRS AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES FOR THE 2013 ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY

WHEREAS, funding is required to defray the expenses to be incurred for Annual General Assembly Meeting of the OCGEMPC which shall be held on 12 April 2013 at the Olongapo City Convention Center;

WHEREAS, expenses for the General Assembly Meeting include One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (P125,000.00) for food and One Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos (175,000.00) for give-away souvenirs and other miscellaneous expenses. 

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Directors of the Olongapo City Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative in meeting assembled do hereby:

RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to appropriate, as it is hereby appropriates from the general operating funds of the OCGEMPC the amount of One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (P125,000.00) for food and One Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos (175,000.00) for give-away souvenirs and other miscellaneous expenses for a total amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 300,000.00)  for the conduct of the 2013 Annual General Assembly meeting;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the OCGEMPC Treasurer be, as she is hereby authorized to release the said funds for the afore-mentioned purpose.

APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200, 000) TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES FOR THE 2011 OCGEMPC GENERAL ASSEMBLY

WHEREAS, it is necessary to allocate funds for the conduct of the OCGEMPC 2011 General Assembly in order to ensure its success and at the same time put a limit on its expenses;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Directors of the Olongapo City Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative in session assembled:

RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to, as it hereby appropriates the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000) out of the general operating funds of the OCGEMPC, to defray the expenses to be incurred in the conduct of the General Assembly to be held in 20 April 2011.

2011 R - 001 - AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2010-011 AND ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND FURNISHING OF THE OCGEMPC EDUCATION AND TRAINING ROOM

Excerpts from the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Olongapo City Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (OCGEMPC) Held on 17 January 2011 at the CPDO Conference Room, City Hall, Olongapo City

Resolution No. 2011-001

AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2010-011 AND ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND FURNISHING OF THE OCGEMPC EDUCATION AND TRAINING ROOM

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend OCGEMPC Board Resolution No.2010-011 as the total funds amounting to P128,800 that it allocated for the construction and furnishing of the proposed Education and Training Room is inadequate for the purpose, and its sourcing of the funds needs correction;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made and seconded, the OCGEMPC Board of Directors in meeting assembled:

RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2010-011 be, as it is hereby amended to effect the following:

1. The amount of P80,000 is allocated from the Optional Development Fund for the construction of the Training Room, consisting of partition walls, tiles flooring, ceiling, electrical installation, fixtures and painting.

2. The amount of P115,000 is allocated from the Cooperative Education and Training Fund for the furnishing of the Education and Training Room including the procurement of an air-conditioner, tables, chairs, computers, and other training equipment and furnishings.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the OCGEMPC Treasurer be, as she is hereby authorized to release the above-allocated amounts subject to the availability of funds and the appropriate accounting procedures.
