AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2013-13, AFFIRMING AND RECOGNIZING  

FOR THE RECORD, THE OFFICERS OF THE OLONGAPO CITY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES’ MULTI PURPOSE COOPERATIVE FOR THE YEAR 2013

WHEREAS, there is amend to amend BOD Resolution 2013-13 in order to fill up all vacant officers positions in the cooperative;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Directors of the OCGEMPC do hereby:

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO, to amend, as it hereby amends Resolution No.2013-13 as follows, effective July 1, 2013

Resolution No. 021

Recognizing and Reaffirming for the Record The Officers of OCGEMPC for Year 2011

WHEREAS, the OCGEMPC Board of Directors, after having been duly elected by the General Assembly, subsequently held a meeting and elected its Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, and appointed the other officers as provided for in the By-Laws of the Cooperative;

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to affirm and recognize for the record, the new set of officers of the Cooperative, and disseminate the information to the members of the Cooperative and to all concerned individuals and entities;

NOW THEREFORE, upon unanimous accord of all the members present, the OCGEMPC Board of Directors in meeting assembled;

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following, by virtue of their election by the General Assembly and their election or appointment in the subsequent Board of Directors meeting, are, as they are hereby affirmed and recognized as the new set of officers of the Olongapo City Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative:
