Excerpts from the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Olongapo City Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (OCGEMPC) Held on 30 June 2011 at the OCGEMPC Training Room

Resolution No. 2011-029

APPOINTING JERICO BALLON AS OCGEMPC DIRECTOR

WHEREAS, one seat in the Board of Directors of the OCGEMPC has been vacated as a result of the resignation of Ms. Aileen Sanchez;

WHEREAS, the OCGEMPC Board deems it to be in the best interest of the cooperative to fill-up the vacated position of Director;

WHEREAS, Jerico Ballon appears to be the most qualified and experienced among the present crop of OCGEMPC officers, having satisfactorily served as a member of the Credit and Collection Committee for five years, and as interim Director for eight months;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Director of the OCGEMPC in session assembled do hereby:

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to appoint, as it hereby appoints Mr. Jerico Ballon as OCGEMPC Director to serve for the remaining term of Ms. Aileen Sanchez effective immediately.
